Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are
onbrandposts is a service provided by Gecko, 66104, Plakostrotou 2, Polis Chrysochous, 8830, Cyprus. VAT no. CY90006177K. Contact: info@onbrandposts.com.
2. What you get
A branded post maker built for your business, hosted by us at a private link, for creating and exporting social media graphics. Features are as described on the site at the time you sign up.
3. Price and term
€99 including VAT, for a term of twelve months running from the date we activate your kit. No setup fee and no per-post charge.
4. Renewal
Your kit does not auto-renew. At the end of your twelve months it expires, with no automatic charge — and we won't chase you. If you'd like another year, just get in touch and we'll set you up again for a further term. There's no need to re-submit your logo or details unless something's changed.
5. What we need from you
You supply a usable, print-quality logo and your brand assets, and confirm the setup looks right. If the artwork you provide isn't of usable quality and you're unable to supply better, we may not be able to build or complete your kit (see refunds).
6. Payment and refunds
Payment is taken up front, before we build your kit. If you change your mind before we've started building, we'll refund you in full. Once your kit has been built it's bespoke to your business, so it's non-refundable from that point.
7. Your responsibilities in use
You're responsible for the content of your posts. You agree not to use the tool for anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing someone else's rights, and not to attempt to use a kit built for a business you don't own or represent.
8. Intellectual property
Your logo and brand assets remain yours. We don't claim any ownership of them. The post maker, its design, code and the typefaces and templates within it remain ours (or our licensors'), and you're granted the right to use your kit for your own business for the term. Graphics you export are yours to use.
9. Availability
We aim to keep kits available and working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and may carry out maintenance or updates.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, and we're not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect losses.
11. Ending it
You can stop using your kit at any time. We may suspend or end a kit if these terms are seriously breached.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; the version on the site at the time you sign up governs your term.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the Cyprus courts have jurisdiction.
