1. Who controls your data
Gecko, 66104, Plakostrotou 2, Polis Chrysochous, 8830, Cyprus, is the data controller for information collected through onbrandposts.com. Contact for any data matter: info@onbrandposts.com.
2. What we collect
- When you enquire: your name, business name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, the platform you post to and your handle, and anything you write in the message.
- When you sign up: the above, plus the logo and brand assets you upload.
- When you pay: your payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We receive confirmation of payment; we do not see or store your full card details.
- Automatically: basic technical data your browser sends, and anti-spam data from hCaptcha on our forms.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
To respond to your enquiry and set up and run your kit (performance of a contract with you); to protect our forms from spam and keep the service secure (legitimate interests); and to meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
4. Who we share it with
Only the providers that help us run the service, acting on our instructions: our website host Bluehost, file storage Supabase (EU region), our forms and anti-spam provider (Web3Forms and hCaptcha), and our payment provider (Stripe). We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
5. Where it's stored
Some of these providers may process data outside Cyprus/the EEA; where they do, appropriate safeguards apply. In particular, our website host (Bluehost) is US-based, so some data is transferred to the United States under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry details: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and a reasonable period after. Client details and assets: for the life of your kit and a reasonable period after it expires. Accounting records: as required by Cyprus law.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Cyprus data-protection law you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to certain uses, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Contact info@onbrandposts.com. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
8. Cookies
The site uses only what it needs to function and to keep forms secure (including hCaptcha). We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
